*猛冲，攻击

2.prove vt. 证明，证实
prove sth. （to sb.）向某人证明某事物属实

⑴Can you prove it to me?
你能向我证实吗？

⑵I shall prove to you that the witness is not speaking the truth.
我将向你证明，证人说的话不是真话。

⑶Facts have proved that the creative power of the people knows no limits.
