怎样用英语写请假条 How to write a note for leave
请假条（Note for leave）也是书信的一种形式，包括病假条(如Example 1和Example 2)、事假条(如Example 3)和续假条(如Example 4)等，还可分为本人写的(如Example 1)和其他人代写请假的(如Example 2)两种。写请假条要注意把请假原因和请假时间写清楚，而且请假的理由要充分。如果有证明请假原因的证据，比如医生证明或信件等，最好要随假条附上。请假条有格式简单、内容简短、语言明了等特点。

A note for leave has four parts. They are:1. Date    2. Salutation (称呼)    3. Body    4. Signature (署名)

The date is the time when the note is written. It is in the upper right corner of the note.	This usually begins with Dear ______. The blank is for the name of the person you are writing to. There is a comma (逗号) behind the person’s name.	The body includes the reasons, and the time that you want to ask for leave. If there is a certificate, it is better to mention it to the person you are writing to. And enclose the certificate with your note.	The signature tells who writes the note. It is in the  lower right corner of the note.

    另外，有时收到请假条的人还会写一个回条给请假的人。例如下面老师写给学生的一个回条(Teacher’s reply)。回条的格式与假条相同，只是日期可以省略。
