Step 1. Warming-up.
Before class I’ll have a free talk with the students, then watch a short video with them and read the adjectives together.
Step 2. Leading-in.
It’s time for class. Class begins. Good morning, boys and girls. In this class we are going to learn Unit 12 What’s the best radio station? Section A 3a-4.
Step 3. Boys and girls, do you like going shopping? Please look at the picture. How
much is the dress? This dress is﹩56, it’s cheap, I think. This one is ﹩45, I think
it’s cheaper. That one is ﹩40. I think it is the cheapest. Read after me, please.
Cheap-cheaper-cheapest.
Do you like going to the movies? What seats do you like best? Look at the picture, these seats are comfortable, these ones are more comfortable and those ones are the most comfortable. Now read after me, please. Comfortable- more comfortable- most comfortable.
Shall we read the adjectives together? Very good.
Next, I’d like you to have a competition. Add –er, -est or more most to the words. You can say them out as quickly as you can. Wonderful.
